1Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by badai100 ("Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and badai100 ("Company" or "We").

4Deposit & Financial Management

Badai100 accepts deposits via multiple supported payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, and other e-wallet methods listed in the Deposit section of the platform. Available payment methods may change from time to time.

All deposits must be made using an account or payment method under the registered user's name. Deposits made using third-party payment methods are not permitted. badai100 reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing until identity verification is completed if any information discrepancy is found.

Badai100 is not responsible for any charges or fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider. Any losses resulting from incorrect deposit information entered by the user are beyond badai100's responsibility.

5Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the payment method registered under the same account holder's name used for the deposit. badai100 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving withdrawals, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding certain limits.

6Bonus & Promotions

7Game Rules

In the event of a technical disruption during a game session caused by the badai100 system, the relevant wager will be voided and the bet amount returned to the player's account balance. Disruptions occurring on the player's end (such as a lost internet connection) do not constitute grounds for a cancellation claim.

9Account Closure & Suspension

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the badai100 customer support team. Before closure is processed, all active bets will be settled and any eligible balance will be returned to you via a valid payment method.

Badai100 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice if:

• The user has violated any provision within these Terms.
• Suspicious or suspected fraudulent activity has been detected.
• The user failed to submit the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Instructions have been received from the relevant authorities.

10Liability Limit
